One to One and Group coached sessions.

Please get in touch if you would like to book a coached session with us. We can help you with everything from improving your breathing, body position and stroke techniques, to working on those all important open water skills such as sighting, buoy turns or pack swimming. Whether you are a social swimmer, swim for fitness, or training for an event, we can help cater to your specific needs and assist you in achieving your goals. Just let us know where you are in your journey, and we’ll work out a plan to help you on your way.

Sessions start from £30pp and can be booked individually or as discounted block booking.
